Tizyy operates tizyy.com and the Tizyy platform at api.tizyy.com. Our place of business is TIZYY, 320 Gandhi Road, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 474001, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information we collect

• •Account and enquiry details you provide: name, business name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number and message volume.
• •Billing information: plan, invoices, GST details and payment status. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and processed by our payment gateway — we never store them.
• •Platform data: contacts you import, message templates, campaigns and conversation history required to run the service.
• •Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and cookies used for login sessions and analytics.

How we use information

• •To create and operate your account and deliver the features you purchase.
• •To process payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud.
• •To provide support, onboarding and Meta/WhatsApp verification assistance.
• •To send service notices, and — where you have opted in — product updates.
• •To improve reliability, security and performance of the platform.

Payment information

Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateways in India. Your card number, UPI ID, CVV and bank credentials are entered on the gateway's secure environment and are not stored on Tizyy servers. We retain only the transaction reference, amount, status and invoice details needed for accounting and refunds.

Customer contact data

Contacts you upload remain your data. Tizyy acts as a processor and uses them only to deliver the messaging features you use. You are responsible for having valid opt-in and a lawful basis for contacting them.

Sharing and disclosure

• •With Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, to send and receive your messages.
• •With hosting, database, email and payment providers strictly as needed to run the service.
• •Where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
• •We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
